Is Porn Behind Markus Frind Creator Of Plentyoffish?

After hearing rumors about Marcus Frind implication in porn industry i though to have a look at it myself on the article written by Jeremy Schoemaker in his blog ShoeMoneycom. It is clear from the article that Marcus Frind name is repeatedly mentioned as the creator of a company called Blitzlocal which operates only as a cover for the money coming from porn websites.

But it is very "interesting" how he answers about this problem, in his blog. He claims that he never invested a dime into blitzlocal, however he invested a small amount of money in a company that was building websites for charities and after that company went under, somehow his shares transfered to blizlocal, without him knowledge.

Although it sound unbelieveable that a businessman like him getting trapped in this kind of situation. So a question comes in everybodys mind:
