Women, Do Something For Yourself

Undulge yourself. When you feel the urge to criticize your partner, instead do something wonderful for yourself. Whatever it may be that soothes you phone a friend and make plans to get together, masturbate to a calendar, eat something delicious and forbidden, get on the StairMaster till the endorphins kick in, just do something for yourself.
Women get depressed because they aren't getting what they expect from the relationship, so one way to begin tackling this is to expect less. What i mean by this is not that you give up on the relationship or agree to accept less from the relationship on a permanent basis.
I mean that you try strategies other than investing yourself in a relationship that you experience as disappointing and see what happens.
Try replacing one or two of the things you do for your partner with doing something for yourself. Try some new adventures alone. You May find tat you can feel better by giving more to yourself when you feel your partner isn't giving enough to you.
