Catholic Mingle particularly has Catholics as its main patrons. This online web dating service acts as a way for people who are looking for partners who have the same religion.
It was put up because the people behind it thinks that people are getting busier and thus social gatherings or opportunities to meet other people are getting fewer. In response to this and also as a means for Catholics to find like-minded people easily, Catholic Mingle was founded in 2001.
The site contains a database of Catholic users and their personality profiles are classified through colors. Visitors can easily do a quick search of the photos and profiles of members. People who want to register are given a choice of the type of relationship they are looking for—whether date, friendship, marriage and children, penpal, or just marriage.
There is also a provided Bible online which members can search through. Members can interact with each other through the site’s Message Boards and messaging service. In addition to this, members can also send each other inspirational and religious electronic cards.
As a caution to its members, the site also provided online safety guides in order to ensure a safe dating experience for the partners.

Filled with lots of angry and unorthodox Catholic women, and a few gems. Problem is, irate women group together and have orthodox men thrown off site for ANY reason they choose. | |

It is great to be together with a group of God's people. That's what Catholic Mingle allows me to do. If you want to meet someone who loves Jesus and keeps him central in their lives, than I recommend this site. | |
