#2 WooMee free?

For those who think to join woome, NOTHING is free in there, you can't read messages, and your written presentation doesn't show until you are a paying customer..., at least you should be able to read incoming messages, so you know if it's just a sham that 20 hot women has written to you...for example
If I would have known how greedy the woome owners are, I would never have bothered to join...sigh
#3 It's a scam.

This website is fishy. I reply to Mikey's comment with the fact that WooMe basicly has a script on the website that makes you get spammed with random messages and visits everytime you enter the website, but when you're not online there's no activity at all.
This website is aiming to make money off you by manipulating the results.
I mean, 20-40 results in 10 seconds after logging in is not proper, especially not for people who live abroad.

As the old adage goes, "caveat emptor" - buyer beware! WooMe is a London, England, based for profit service. While you are in the process of filling out a membership, you are bombarded with messages from people who are interested in you even before you're a member. This should tell you something. And forget about trying to cancel your membership, WooMe conveniently has no contact numbers and it never responds to e-mails. Although I "cancelled" my membership the same day I joined, WooMe grabbed my money and ran. I am currently fighting the charges through VISA. If you look at other reviews, not only here but elsewhere, you'll find that WooMe is nothing more than a total scam which operates outside the U.S. to avoid being prosecuted or shut-down. Contact your local states attorney generals' office.

#10 100% Scam

Woome started out as a free site, untill they built up enough traffic to slap a price on it. And what makes it even worse is its tottaly a scam. After first entering the site you are emailed by more then 10 hot girls/guys in the first minute. Which are automated bots, sending senseless message. Most sites are becoming like this now, Im starting to think that online dating in the future is gonna be a massive let down. Cause all these greedy pigs want is more money and too get the most money is to scam good folk. Never give these guys your details, there known for stealing photos and information and using it to lure people in.
Also someone on here said plentyoffish on here... that is also a scam I know first hand lol. Same thing bots that ask for your mobile number and then bam your receiving 5 dollar messages....
Stick too the old fashioned way people trust me , its only gonna get worse

Woome is all about men and some woman having at times a free or cheap place for some sort of sexual activity they give some people a six month free membership and these people get hooked on this kind of activity and then pay for the membership . I was on there for 8 months i did not see anything worth paying for although i did meet two people that i have been friends with for a year and a half but i met alot of people on there and 85% looking for sex in some way shape or form.

I like many people are trying to fine "the one" but this site is a scam. you get bombarded by fake messages rigth away. I was stupid and subscribed to a 6 month subscription. Right away after I put my info in I saw that it was a total waste of $60 bucks. I emailed them numerous times and never got a response. So, I said forget it. Well, that was a mistake as well. I totally forgot about it and a week ago got charged again fro the recurring 6 month fee. Now I was really mad. I e-mailed, called, emailed, called and on the final call I was alot more firm that I wanted a refund and said I would be going to the BBB. They called the next day and I talked to a lady who seemed to be in a basement room because of the echo in the room. After arguing with her she finally gave me a 5 out of 6 month refund on my credit card. We will see if it actually goes through.
Beware! Do not give you money to these creeps!

I somehow ended up on their site, my bride informed me of this and sure enough I was there. A friend's photo was there, similar to friends on Facebook, the name was correct but the photo had been cropped from another picture of my friend and one of her friends. I did get a phone number from their site and talked to someone who was a real jerk, swore up and down that I had signed on, even gave me a date when then told me to sign on and delete the profile if I wasn't happy. I countered that would be somewhat difficult since I never signed on therefore what password should I use?
Anyway, he finally deleted the profile and it's gone as I checked but what a sanctimonious jerk he was. Either he pulled off a scam to maybe pad his site or there was a hack job done. Beware out there!

I deleted my profile long ago. Just recently it popped back up but somehow my last name popped up and a dirty status popped up on it. Now my girlfriend doesnt believe me that i did delete it now that it is popped up. I even went to see if my email worked on it and it didnt. You have destroyed my relationship. DAMN this site!

you end up paying to get to talk to anyone
AND then in my experience every "girl" that I talked to ended up being someone who tried to get me to go to some other site to pay to have cyber sex with her.
fake fake fake spam spam spam
and if you are dissatisfied and deactivate your account early they won't refund any of your payments
#21 Same here.

Scam. Cannot cancel membership online (it won't let you), it will direct you to "24 hour phone number" that noone answers. strictly voicemail, no matter what time you call.
